BSkyB has launched Sky Anytime Mobile, based on weComm's wave platform. Sky Anytime Mobile is an innovative new service providing access to a huge range of Sky content, including live Mobile TV, the full 7-day Sky Electronic Programme Guide with the facility to send remote recording requests to your Sky+ PVR, live sports results and news from Sky Sports, entertainment and celebrity news from Sky One, business information and weather with images and video from Sky News.

Cantor Index


Financial and sports spread-betting company Cantor Index are rolling out Microsoft Windows Mobile handsets to their clients. Cantor Mobile uses weComm's wave platform to provide customers with streamed, real-time trading prices, news and video feeds. Traders can now monitor prices and trade from any location at any time.

The Sun


News International have launched The Sun and News of the World papers as fully-interactive mobile editions, based on weComm's wave platform. The applications replicate the familiar look and branding of the printed papers, with sections such as Bizarre and Mystic Meg, along with news, sport, gossip, Page3 and showbiz. In addition to allowing access to the same content as the print editions, the mobile versions are fully-interactive, allowing users to submit feedback on stories and to forward content via multimedia messages. Users can sign up for the service by texting SUN to 61222.

Telecom TV


For 3GSM World Congress 2007, weComm partnered with Real Networks to deliver an interactive mobile TV service for the official 3GSM TV provider, TelecomTV. 3GSMTV was available during the event as a downloadable application with live TV, video-on-demand, latest news and a conference guide.

Live TV channels and video on demand were streamed over 3G with embedded Real media player, interactive channel information and one-click fast channel switching. The service included an interactive show guide for the 3GSM conference agenda with full search capability.

Nederlandse Omroep Stichting


Turner Sports New Media, the interactive division of Turner Sports, has launched feature-rich services including NASCAR.COM based on weComm's wave3 On-Demand Mobile Application Platform™. The first Turner application for NASCAR.COM, Trackpass Mobile includes Live Leaderboard, Laps Led and an innovative PitCommand section where fans can view live-updating race information and car positions on a track graphic along with in-car telemetry data for speed, throttle/brake positions and RPM. Fans can also listen in to live conversations between drivers and pit crews, live radio broadcasts, the officials' channel, and the ability to scan in-car radio channels, giving fans a fully immersive, personalised race-day experience.

Nederlandse Omroep Stichting (NOS), the Dutch public service news and sports broadcaster has launched a new feature-rich mobile service covering news, sport, weather and traffic, based on weComm's wave3 On-Demand Mobile Application PlatformT.
